Ready to support IBCAT and your fellow Hoosiers in the fight against breast cancer by purchasing an Indiana Breast Cancer Awareness plate? It’s easy! Plate a new vehicle. Switch to the Breast Cancer Awareness plate outside of normal renewal, or when it’s time to renew. There’s no need to wait. Here’s how –

Plating a Newly Purchased Vehicle

As with any new vehicle purchase, you’ll be required to visit your local BMV branch during their normal business hours. Simply request the Indiana Breast Cancer Awareness plate.

Switch Plates outside of Renewal – Simply visit your local branch. A Customer Service Representative will be glad to help you.

Switching Plates at Renewal – Follow these instructions or visit your local branch:

  1. Login or create your account on the myBMV.com website. (Or click “renew your license plates without creating an account”)
  2. Click “Renew License Plates”
  3. Scroll down to the license plate/vehicle you wish switch to the Breast Cancer Awareness plate, and click “Change My Plate”
  4. Under “What category of plate are you looking for?” select “Special Organizations”
  5. Then select “Breast Cancer Awareness” under “Now, specific plate would you like to order?” (See the graphic below.)
  6. Click “Click Here to Add Cart”
  7. Proceed to Checkout

Already have an IBCAT plate? Renewing is easy!

Follow these online instructions; or visit your local branch, a BMV Connect Kiosk, FSP/PSP location, or simply mail your renewal information to the BMV.

  1. Login or create your account on the myBMV.com website. (Or click “renew your license plates without creating an account”)
  2. Click “Renew License Plates”
  3. Scroll down to license plate / vehicle you wish to renew and click “Add to Cart”
  4. Proceed To Check Out
